2 Processor
ТОВ «ПУЛЬС ЛАЙВ», ЄДРПОУ 46332442, provides website, order, electronic ticket and customer-support services as Processor acting on documented instructions from GRAND SHOW LTD for international orders.
3 Data collected
We collect order and contact information, including name, email, telephone number where provided, event, ticket category, seat, quantity, price, currency, order status and support correspondence. We receive payment status, transaction identifiers, limited payment-method information and fraud indicators from Stripe. We also process device, browser, IP address, security logs, cookie choices and website interaction data.
4 Purposes
We use personal data to process orders and payments, issue and validate tickets, communicate event information, provide customer support, manage refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, secure the website, maintain accounting records, comply with legal obligations and, where permitted, measure website performance and send marketing selected by the user.
5 Legal bases
Processing is based on performance of the ticketing contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and handling claims, and consent where required for optional cookies or marketing.
6 Recipients
Data may be shared where necessary with the Event Organiser or Principal, venue and access-control staff; Stripe and payment or fraud-prevention providers; ТОВ «ПУЛЬС ЛАЙВ» and approved technical service providers; email, hosting, security, accounting and professional advisers; and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
7 International processing
International-order data may be processed in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area and Ukraine. Appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards are used for transfers between service providers and group operators.
8 Retention
Order, payment, refund and accounting records are retained for up to six years after the end of the relevant financial year or longer where required for a dispute or legal obligation. Support correspondence is normally retained for up to three years. Security logs are normally retained for up to twelve months unless required for an incident or claim.
9 Rights
Subject to applicable law, a customer may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Requests should be sent to grand.show.ltd@gmail.com. We may request reasonable proof of identity.
10 Marketing
Transactional messages about an order or event are service communications. International-order data is not added automatically to marketing lists. Marketing and optional advertising technologies are used only where a valid legal basis exists, and the user may unsubscribe at any time.
11 Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, payment tokenisation through Stripe, logging, backups and incident-management procedures. Customers should protect their ticket codes and account access.
12 Cookies
Strictly necessary storage is used to operate checkout, preserve selections, prevent fraud and maintain security. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are controlled in accordance with the Cookie Policy.
13 Complaints and contact
Privacy questions and rights requests should be sent to grand.show.ltd@gmail.com. A customer may also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the competent data protection authority in their country where applicable.
