2 Scope and parties
These Terms apply only to international tickets sold on pulselive.com.ua where GRAND SHOW LTD is identified as Ticketing Agent and Payment Recipient. GRAND SHOW LTD acts as a disclosed ticketing agent for the Event Organiser or Principal named on the event page, at checkout and in the order confirmation. The Event Organiser or Principal is responsible for producing and staging the event, the programme, performers, venue operations, admission, safety and delivery of the event. GRAND SHOW LTD provides reservation, order processing, payment collection, electronic ticket issue and customer support as agent.
3 Order and contract
The event page, checkout and order confirmation identify the event, ticket category, quantity, price, currency, fees, Ticketing Agent and Event Organiser or Principal. The customer must check this information before payment. An order is accepted only after successful payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or availability error and will refund the amount paid.
4 Price and payment
The final amount and currency are shown before payment. Any service fee or mandatory charge is shown separately where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. GRAND SHOW LTD does not receive or store the customer's full card number or card security code. The customer's bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fee.
5 Electronic tickets
Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer or made available through the order page. The customer must provide a correct email address, protect the QR code and prevent unauthorised copying. The first valid presentation of a duplicated QR code may be admitted and later presentations refused.
6 Admission
Admission is subject to the ticket, event description, venue rules, age restrictions, security requirements and lawful instructions of the Event Organiser, venue and authorities. A ticket may be refused where it is invalid, duplicated, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of stated restrictions.
7 Customer cancellation
Tickets for concerts and other leisure services supplied on a specified date are generally not subject to a statutory 14-day cooling-off right. Unless the event page expressly states otherwise, a ticket is not refundable because the customer changes their mind, cannot attend, arrives late, makes a travel mistake or purchases the wrong ticket.
8 Event changes and refunds
Cancellation, postponement, date change, venue change and other material changes are handled under the International Refund and Event Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. GRAND SHOW LTD coordinates customer communications and refunds as Ticketing Agent for the Event Organiser or Principal.
9 Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. GRAND SHOW LTD is responsible for providing its ticketing and payment services with reasonable care and skill. The Event Organiser or Principal remains responsible for staging and delivering the event. Neither party is responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
10 Personal data
International-order personal data is handled in accordance with the International Sales Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Payment information is also processed by Stripe under its applicable privacy terms.
11 Contact and complaints
Ticket and order questions should be sent to pulselive@ukr.net with the order number, event name and purchaser email. We may share an event-specific complaint with the Event Organiser, venue or relevant service provider where necessary to investigate and respond.
12 Governing terms
These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The English version accepted at checkout applies to the order. The version and acceptance time are recorded with the order.
